About the Role: Online Therapist
This is a fully online, remote role for a clinician who sees virtual therapy not as a compromise, but as a powerful way to reach people who might never otherwise walk into a clinic. You'll bring your clinical expertise and practical CBT skills; we'll bring the platform, the clients, and a team that has your back.

What You'll Do
Deliver online therapy sessions to clients across a range of presenting concerns
Apply practical, structured CBT techniques to real client situations — not just theory
Build and maintain strong therapeutic rapport effectively through a screen
Plan, track, and review treatment goals with clinical rigour
Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional boundaries at all times
What We're Looking For
5+ years of clinical experience working directly with clients
Efficient, hands-on knowledge of practical CBT applications and how to adapt them per client
Strong working knowledge of online therapy methods, tools, and best practices
Excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to make clients feel safe remotely
A genuine passion for mental health and for helping people change
